 Installation of Demeter fails and reports "Error: Failed to install
 libcxx". Following instructions for fetch failures on the problem hotlist,
 I manually downloaded libcxx-3.7.1_0+universal.darwin_15.i386-x86_64.tbz2
 and placed into /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/demeter/. The folder
 'demeter' had not been created in /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/ as
 the problem hotlist indicates that it should have been, and I created it
 manually. Even after the manual placement of
 libcxx-3.7.1_0+universal.darwin_15.i386-x86_64.tbz2, the same error is
 obtained upon attempting installation of demeter.
