 Sorry for the delay. Some notes/questions:
  - link.dupont: Are you still interested in being maintainer? Can we add
 openmaintainer?
  - The {{{revision}}} line should be deleted because 0 is the default
 value.
  - In the {{{notes}}} block, {{{/opt/local/}}} should be replaced with
 {{{${prefix}}}}.
