Comment:

 libgcc_s.10.4.dylib was accidentally missing from the CommandLineTools
 package in Xcode 8.

 As a workaround, you can create a symlink to libgcc_s.10.5.dylib (sudo ln
 -s libgcc_s.10.5.dylib /usr/lib/libgcc_s.10.4.dylib).  This will require
 SIP to be disabled.
