 "Skipping completed" means this was not a
 [https://guide.macports.org/chunked/project.html#project.tickets clean
 build attempt], which could account for the problem. Please `sudo port
 clean netcdf`, then try again. Attach (not paste) the new main.log if it
 fails again.
