 This is happening for me as well when installing vim-x11+cscope+python34
 on a fresh OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 laptop, with a new MacPorts
 installation. The logfile looks very similar (the last few lines are also
 "./www missing (created)", etc). Other ports are able to install just fine
 (e.g. python34, python34-readline, etc).

 Another datapoint -- installing the stock vim variant works fine.
