 This could be a bug in subversion client (or something that's impossible
 to do via a patch) that I'm not eager to investigate. What I did was `"svn
 cp"` from one file to the other and then added one line. But of course you
 don't have that file available. I would suggest you to simply delete the
 following lines from the patch before applying it:
