 Assuming the submitter has MacTeX installed, and it is a newish version, I
 expect that this is a duplicate of #49507.  There was a Portfile patch
 submitted to ticket #47972 8 weeks ago that should fix both of those
 issues, and, I assume, this one.  However noone with commit access has
 acted on it.
