 In future tickets, please Cc any port maintainers (`port info
 --maintainers gnuradio`).

 Replying to [ticket:52124 joshj88@…]:

 This is curious because `gnuradio` does not directly depend on `cctools`.

 > it happens no matter weather i reinstall Xcode command line tools or use
 homebrew to install and link cctools.

 We neither recommend nor support using MacPorts and Homebrew on the same
 system, as the potential for interference is very high.

 > the command used is "sudo port install gnuradio"
 > any port that relies on gnuradio also fails with the same error.

 Please attach the `main.log` file referenced at failure, or a transcript
 of MacPorts’ output when you encounter the error.
