 Ruby 2 introduced changes requiring new debugger frameworks: byebug is one
 of them. My motivation comes from the fact that it is a required install
 for the popular Komodo IDE to enable its graphical debugger for Ruby 2.
 This is the first time I write a Portfile for a ruby component, so forgive
 the quirks if any!
