 This seems to use a patch to achieve what my own proposal achieves with
 existing configure arguments. I think that's preferable.
 I've updated my patch against the current port and am now test-building
 py27-sip and py35-sip .

 There also is a 5.7 upgrade which theoretically should build against Qt
 5.6 according to the docs, but appears not to.

 I'll update #51620 when I'm done.
