 `eigen3-devel` is a sub-port of `eigen3`, and the two ports conflict each
 other. However, their descriptions are exactly the same.

 What's the difference between the two?

 I would presume `eigen3-devel` is a development version, but does that
 mean it would be built without optimizations or with debug symbols? The
 description does not say.

 Please clarify in the port description.
