 Some ports, e.g., logwatch ([https://trac.macports.org/ticket/50323]), can
 run with perl 5.22 but give deprecation warnings.  These warnings may come
 from rarely used sections of legacy perl code, so it seems reasonable to
 follow the perl developers policy to give people time to discover and fix
 deprecated usages.
