 As of MPlayer port @1.2_1, dvd reading support as disapeared :

 "MPlayer was compiled without libdvdread support"

 Must return to MPlayer port @1.1_8 and nurses @5.9_2 to get it back to
 work :

 sudo port activate ncurses @5.9_2
 sudo port activate MPlayer @1.1_8
