Comment:

 Added a +high10 variant to x264 and updated the port to build 148 in
 r145586.
 Also added a +high10 variant to ffmpeg, ffmpeg-devel in r145587, r145588.
 This doesn't really change the configuration of ffmpeg but adds a
 configure time check to make sure you're using the appropriate version of
 x264 depending on variant usage.  Building ffmpeg +high10 should build
 both ports with that variant.
