 The new version of rancid is 3.3.0.

 This upgrades rancid to the latest version.

 There is also a note about the change in database format in the notes {}
 section to support IPv6.

 Unfortunately this doesn't fix  #28923. This would need to be fixed
 upstream. I'll try building it on my PI 2 to see if that works.
