 This updates the ipe port to the current version 7.2.2, which comes with
 some changes (see below for details).

 The required files are now:
 - Info.plist.in (unchanged)
 - ipe.in (new)
 - patch-ipe-mainmenu.xib.diff (new)

 Could someone please commit (perhaps consider my `ibtools` question below,
 first), since I do not have commit rights. Thanks.

 Details:
 - ipe now requires c++11
 - ipe now has a native cocoa interface and builds an app bundle.
 - ipe calls `ibtool`, does this require adding some XCode dependency?
 - using a qt4 or qt5 interface instead is possible by the provided
 variants
 - ipe is now available as a convenient binary download for OSX, so it is
 unclear if this port will be of much use in the future.
