 Can you please enable the PCRaster format (i.e. remove the --without-
 pcraster in the port file)? It is an internal format in GDAL and has no
 external dependencies.

 We (http://www.pcraster.eu) are finalising the OSX support of our software
 and file format support by the gdal tools is relevant for user's workflows
 (e.g. with QGIS).
