 I'm puzzled by this one since both harfbuzz and harfbuzz-icu are
 dependencies of texlive-bin, so they both ought to be installed or
 upgraded before texlive-bin. If they're not, that sounds like a MacPorts
 base problem, but I haven't experienced it...
