Comment:

 Committed in r146071 with some additional changes:

  * removed `revision 1` line because the first revision of any given
 version of a port should be 0
  * moved the epoch line above the version line since MacPorts gives it
 higher precedence
  * updated the homepage since the previously listed one no longer exists
  * disabled livecheck since it wasn't working and I don't know where a
 replacement source for the current version information is
