 `lib:`-style dependencies should only be used if you want libraries
 installed outside of MacPorts to be able to satisfy the dependency; we
 almost never want that.

 To allow speex or speex-devel to satisfy the dependency, use a
 `path:`-style dependency like `path:lib/libspeex.dylib:speex`.
