 *.macports.org hosts have been inaccessible from the cmu.edu network (via
 Internet2) since around December 12th.  Affected hosts include
 packages.macports.org, rsync, svn, trac, and www.  The
 sea.us.rsync.macports.org mirror is still accessible, which of course
 doesn't help with non-mirrored services such as svn.
