New description:

 I am trying to install NativeSPMacInstall using MacPorts. I ran the

 During shibboleth install, it fails with error during the build of
 mod_shib_24.sso. I have OSX EI Capitan v10.11.2 and I have checked that
 the default Apache is 2.4 i386 x86_64
