 XFCE fails to build because of SIP conflicts using /usr.
 Disable SIP to continue
 http://osxdaily.com/2015/10/05/disable-rootless-system-integrity-
 protection-mac-os-x/

 we may also modify the port to not use /usr.
 These changes cannot be done on a running system so macports cannot do the
 task.
