using sudo port rev-upgrade did not resolve the problem.
how do you rebuild the ports with bad linkage (it cannot even pass the
ld64-latest)? if the only choice left is to uninstall the whole macport
and reinstall, then that is not convenient since it is very slow to build
macport.
% sudo port rev-upgrade
