 An issue I keep having while installing MyPaint is:

 Error: org.macports.build for port py27-protobuf returned: command
 execution failed
 }}}

 I need help on how to fix this problem, I have cleared terminal and tried
 re-installing it multiple times and it fails every time with the same
 message.
