 I would put a `pre-fetch` failure to the PortGroup, not to gpsbabel of
 course, but it might also be nice to build gpsbabel in a way that doesn't
 depend on existence of Qt5. I'm almost sure that one can build at least a
 text-based version with a regular `./configure && make`. (Not that any
 actual user reported that problem ...)
