 Building orpie fails because several deprecated functions have been
 removed in gsl V2.1
 As a workaround - until this is fixed upstream - a prepared this patch
 which simply removes the offending function calls. I think these functions
 are rarely used anyway.
 Additionally, a fix for Ticket #50017 is included, so only this one patch
 needs to be applied to build orpie.
