 So for some reason, your compiler happily picks up the include files when
 used outside of MacPorts, but fails inside? The include paths built into
 the compiler look fine to me, and there doesn't seem to be an error
 message either. I assume you already did a clean and re-try: `sudo port
 clean cmake && sudo port install cmake`?
