 Yeah, I’m sorry, using the -o flag does not solve your problem, since the
 build is already configured.

 You have two choices: either you start over building during the night
 ('''sudo port clean atlas; sudo port install atlas''') or the hard way
 modifying the faulty path directly in the Makefile. Tell me what you
 prefer (I can help you if you plump for the second option).
