 MacPorts only rebuilds a port if there is a change of version and/or
 revision number.  So in your example package B (whose version number
 hasn't changed) needs to have it's revision incremented to force the
 necessary rebuild with package A.

 I've taken the liberty of making these changes to the remaining py-bob
 ports and tested (successfully) overnight on 10.11, 10.10 and 10.9.
 Revised patch for the commit attached.  May I go ahead a commit this?
