 Enclosed find a patch and a (somewhat kludgy, I'll get it fixed better
 upstream) patchfile to get claws-mail updated to version 3.13.2

 This is something of an emergency since there's an externally exploitable
 security bug in the earlier versions.

 The older patchfile in the files/ directory can be removed, as it no
 longer seems to apply or to be relevant.
