 The second "-e" entry should contain ```*$//g```, not ```*/g```. If, when
 you edit the patch file you find that change already in place (the actual
 characters are in the patch file correctly), then try ```*\$//g``` in the
 patch file. Unfortunately, you'll need to "clean" and redo the whole
 install to get this change in place :(
