 I was  trying to upgrade `yelp` to `3.18.1_0`, since I found `3.17.2_0`
 outdated:
 {{{
 yelp                           3.17.2_0 < 3.18.1_0
 }}}
 However, calling
 {{{
 $ sudo port -s upgrade yelp
 --->  Scanning binaries for linking errors
 --->  No broken files found.
 }}}
 nothing substantial happens.

 Similarly,
 {{{
 gnome-online-accounts          3.8.5_2 < 3.18.3_0
 }}}
 also remains as is.

 Ideas?
