 If it helps, I experienced the same problem and found this:

 Where the author suggested a chmod g-w on
 com.apple.CoreSimulator.CoreSimulatorService.xpc.  This resolved the error
 for me.

 My env:

 - OS-X: 10.11.3
 - XCode: 7.2
