 MacPorts has it in the py27-twisted port, but I'm not sure if you actually
 want to install that using MacPorts.

 Otherwise a Python virtualenv could probably also install it using `pip
 install twisted`, but then `virtualenv`s are also not part of the OS X
 base install :/
