 Not sure if this will help but I tried the following:
 uninstalled qca
 selfupdate
 intalled qca
 forced installation of qwt52 (qwt61 was already installed)
 forced uninstallation of qwt61
 forced installation of qwt61
 clean qgis
 tried to install qgis but failed again

 I've attached the new main.log file. Thanks.
