 The OP replied off-ticket with the otool info. According to it, the actual
 issue is linkage with GLFW:
 {{{
 lib/libglfw.3.dylib (compatibility version 3.0.0, current version 3.2.0)
 }}}

 Thus, what do the following return:
 {{{
 port installed "glfw*"
 otool -L /opt/local/lib/libglfw.dylib
 }}}
