 Port hdf5 @1.10.0_1+cxx+fortran+gcc5+hl present and active, but Cmake
 fails to see it.  Please see attached logfile for XCode 7.2.1 on OS X
 10.10; XCode 7.3.1 on OS X 10.11 produces identical results.
