 This was not a
 [https://guide.macports.org/chunked/project.html#project.tickets clean
 build attempt]. Please `sudo port clean qt5-qtwebengine`, then try again.

 You must have a directory /opt/local/var/macports; MacPorts cannot
 function without it. It's possible it's hidden in the Finder. You can
 select Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu to get to it, or use the
 Terminal.
