 Ok, so then the issue is a regression in llvm-nm compared to nm-classic
 (at least with llvm-3.7).  We should check if the same issue still occurs
 with +llvm39 (and if not, determine if +llvm38 is impacted).

 I'll look through the log to see if there is an indication as to how
 they're invoking nm.
