 Patches attached to update Mayavi port (and Enthought dependencies).
 Python-3 now supported! I tested with both python-2.7 and python-3.5 and
 qt4 backend (I did not test with wxpython nor pyside).

 The patchfile is not needed with this version and may be removed.
