 no.

 It's one transition from multiple perl5 ports and p5- ports to a single
 set. When a new perl is released the single perl5 port is upgraded an the
 p5- ports are upgraded/revbumped. A user running 'port upgrade outdated`
 will get a new/updated working perl install.
