 Reinstalling ports after upgrading from Lion to El Capitan. Seems to be
 related to Trac #45835

 System Details:

 * Version 10.11.5 (15F34)
 * 10.11.5 (15F34)
 * Processor 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7
 * Memory 16 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
 * Graphics ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 MB

 I've attached the main.log from this build
