 Fresh install of macports on a fresh 10.11

 I have installed other ports successfully so far, and emacs-app-devel
 appares in port info, but installing with -vvv hangs at "fetching
 distfiles"  upon inspecting the urls present in the log, there is no entry
 for emacs-app-devel.
