 I'm confused. I can't really see what the resolution is here. I've been
 having the same problem since the upgrade to El Capitan last year. A clean
 re-install of macports did not fix the problem so I assume whatever fixes
 addressed this above have not been pushed up? So, what's the local way of
 fixing this?
