 2016.06.20 (current macports version) to 2016.06.23 have a "signature
 extraction failed" issue with many youtube videos: https://github.com/rg3
 /youtube-dl/issues/9863

 2016.06.23.1 was released shortly after 2016.06.23 and fixes that issue
 (and seems to improve the vimeo extractor).
