 Yes, but it, too, in spite of its naming, hasn't been updated since 2013.
 The associated documentation says the module is now deprecated in favor of
 [http://search.cpan.org/~tomo/Net-SMTPS-0.04/ Net::SMTPS].  Maybe that
 module should be ported instead.  The only current MacPorts dependency on
 Net::SMTP::TLS is [http://search.cpan.org/~dwheeler/SVN-Notify-2.86/
 SVN::Notify] which is more current than any of the others.  Perhaps we
 should suggest it's author to update to Net::SMTPS instead of the other
 modules.

 Do you have a specific application in mind that requires your submission?
