 OK, here's the draft Portfile. It builds and installs. FGSL is now on
 GitHub ( https://github.com/reinh-bader/fgsl/ ) so I've used the GitHub
 PortGroup, which meant I needed to add a pre-configure stage to generate
 ./configure. It also sets some env vars as detailed at https://github.com
 /reinh-bader/fgsl/blob/master/README but I'm not sure if I've done that
 the best way.
