 Version bump for openssh. I've succesfully built default, +gsskex and +hpn
 variants with the attached diff, but I haven't tested any of them yet.
 (+hpn patch applies with some offset/fuzz, we may want to regen it or see
 if upstream has a regen'd version for the new release).
