 I would like to update the description for grep to be "grep prints lines
 that contain a match for a pattern.". This is straight from the
 [http://www.gnu.org/software/grep/manual/grep.html online documentation]
 page and is more useful than the current description. Please let me know
 if that change is alright with you and I will commit it.
